Curtain Call : Strut your Stuff : Workshops
Dress-ups, DIY fashion, and a kids catwalk
Creativity, chaos and costume collide in these playful, hands-on workshops. Kids, and their grown-ups, are invited to dig through piles of colourful fabric, build wild new outfits, and strut their stuff on the catwalk.
No sewing skills needed – just imagination, curiosity, and a sense of fun. Fast Fashun Artists will be on hand to help with safety pins, styling, and catwalk coaching. Expect laughter, chaos, dress-ups, and plenty of photo moments.
Recommended for ages 4–12. Grown-ups must stay and are encouraged to join in the fun.

Created by Melbourne-based collective Fast Fashun, CURTAIN CALL transforms clothing waste into spectacle – while inviting audiences to rethink fashion, sustainability and who gets to take centre stage.

Recommended for ages 4 - 12 years. Adults must accompany their children, small items and choke hazards such as buttons and safety pins may be present in recycled materials.
ACCESSIBILITY
The space is wheelchair accessible, low-pressure, and welcoming to neurodivergent kids and carers. Children can move at their own pace, opt in and out, and engage however feels right -- whether that’s making a costume, playing quietly, or just watching. There’s no right way to take part, and artists are available to offer support where needed.
