Discover what acts lurk behind each door as performance artists take over Newcastle’s Iconic Oriental Hotel in PETITE SUITE by Brand X. Expect the silly, delightful, and unexpected in a whirlwind ride of local and national acts, where familiar hotel rooms are transformed into unexpected, immersive worlds. Choose your adventure carefully – you won’t have time to unlock every door!
Each hotel room hosts a mixture of individual artists and collectives, in a mini-residency come intimate performance experience. Expect diverse works created directly in response to the hotel rooms, as well as non-literal, mind bending interpretations. ‘Hotel guests’ are greeted by an exuberant Hotel Manager Drew, before selecting rooms and being immersed within the performance behind each hotel door...

The Executive Suite - When the stocks drop, so do their jocks - this is The Executive Suite.
NIGHTCLUB OVERLOAD - An existential crisis at the rave.
Love Suite Love - There’s availability at the suite.
ParalyDisRLx4 - Paralysis Disconnection Rage Loss Loneliness Laughter Love.
WISHBONE PROJECT - I hear him. Whisper in my ear. His breath. Like ice.
Danger! - A mouse trap, a magic act, electric shock and evacuation.
The Overshare Hotel (or “Cameron, Cameron can I tell you something?”) - Phoebe is nervous. Phoebe is embarrassed. Phoebe is an oversharer.

- Box office opens 60 mins before show start time
- Must arrive 15 mins before show start time
- Audiences will be chaperoned to a private floor by a Front of House member starting 10 mins before show time. Performances start on time; there is a strict no latecomer policy.
