#This Is Not Journalism : Ross Mueller
World Premiere
A fast-paced comedy where truth and facts collide in a modern newsroom.
When scandal breaks at Real Time News Network, the countdown begins. Conservative star journalist Brian Matthews has built his career on being outspoken and politically incorrect—a friend to CEOs and prime ministers alike. But when damaging allegations surface on social media, the entire news team faces an ethical crisis that unfolds in real time.
As the accusations mount and compromising Christmas party photos emerge, the network must make a choice: protect their ratings powerhouse or chase the bigger story?
This sharp 75-minute comedy-drama comes from writer-director Ross Mueller and features Newcastle talents Jack Andrew, Philip McGrath, and Mark Pegler in a production that asks, "what happens when those who report the news become the headline?".
