SOAK returns to Newcastle Ocean Baths for New Annual 2026, transforming one of the city’s most iconic coastal landmarks into a free open-air music experience.

Across four sunsets – 5:30pm to 6:30pm – the baths become an intimate stage, inspired by a stacked lineup of lovingly curated music performances in one of our most beloved settings. Audiences are invited to arrive early, bring a picnic and enjoy the community atmosphere alongside the ocean waves under a bright moon.

While the 2026 line-up is still under wraps, know this: expect some of the most thrilling and special entertainers to grace this temporary stage by the sea for New Annual.

Just like the incredibly successful 2025 series, SOAK is designed to honour Novocastrians by delivering music that rises to meet its extraordinary location. Trust us, these are sunsets you won’t forget.
