New Spring : A.A. Murakami

Don't miss the premiere Australian presentation of a kinetic sculptural installation New Spring by globally celebrated London/Tokyo based pioneers of ephemeral technology, A.A.Murakami.

A.A.Murakami is the artist duo of Azusa Murakami and Alexander Groves, established in 2020. Their immersive installations fuse art and science to form the ongoing Ephemeral Tech series, a body of work that merges their own invented technologies with ephemeral materials and states of matter. The result is multisensory experiences that conjure unnatural phenomena, inviting audiences into poetic encounters with time, nature, and perception.

In 2025, A.A.Murakami opened a solo exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (May), and showcased works at both the Grand Palais in Paris and Copenhagen Contemporary (June). Recent highlights include a solo exhibition at M+ Museum, Hong Kong (2024), and participation in exhibitions at Leeum Museum of Art in Seoul.
