It's not just big murals - this year the Big Picture Fest will also feature evening projections in the NuSpace corridor during New Annual's First Night on Saturday 27 September, in partnership with University of Newcastle.

The festival attracts high calibre artists from the local to global stage. During the festival, attendees will watch large scale murals being painted in person transforming unused walls in high profile locations in the CBD, the audience will also view massive projections, be a part of community activations and join street art walking tours.
